Do the prices offered include VAT, packaging and shipping?
We only sell to B2B customers - therefore all our prices are exclusive of VAT. The price shown is always ex works and packaging is already included. Shipping is calculated automatically in further steps of the ordering process depending on the product and the customer's location or must first be requested by the customer.
How is the final price of a product determined?
Our prices are exclusive of VAT and are always ex works (upon collection). The final price to be paid is only determined after transport has been added. For this we need a quantity of the desired product and your exact address (country/postal code) in order to be able to calculate the exact transport price. This information will be requested from you after you click on the "Request price" button.
Can I also make a purchase as a private individual?
No, we only sell to commercial customers.
Can I also place an order from abroad?
Yes, we sell and ship all over the world.
Is there a guarantee on the products?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer a guarantee on our products.
Is there a return option for used parts and machines?
No, we do not offer a return option. However, we check all used parts and machines for full functionality before delivery.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time of a product depends on many factors, such as the desired quantity, the delivery destination or whether it has to be newly produced. We will tell you the estimated delivery time during the ordering process, usually when we send you the offer.
Do you have all products in stock?
All used spare parts and machines are in stock and available immediately. Plastic products must first be produced depending on the required quantity.
Can I also pick up the goods from you?
Yes, the goods can be picked up directly from our warehouse during our business hours (Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Please allow us 48 hours for preparation.
Do you install parts into the machines?
No, we do not offer assembly of the products.
